MEET THE CHEF
A Chicago native and graduate of Robert Morris University’s Culinary School, Chef Jonathan Whittington began his career at acclaimed Chicago restaurants including Mon Ami Gabi and The Chicago Club. In 2012, he moved to Portland to join the team at Portland City Grill, later expanding his expertise into business and HR roles after relocating to Arizona. He returned to the kitchen at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort and Flora’s Market. Now at St Cruz Restaurant, he brings his passion for global flavors and classic French technique to Tucson’s vibrant dining scene.
